Due to the expansion of the organisation we are looking to recruit Business Development Representatives to join our team. Fluency in German and English is essential

Reporting to the EMEA Business Development Manager and collaborating closely with local marketing focusing on the German and European Markets, you will be responsible for;

  • Outbound Lead & Opportunity Creation
  • Responsible for all Outbound MQL/SQL Activities
  • Responsible for Specific Markets (Languages)
  • Responsible for keeping abreast of market developments in each market, mergers, acquisitions etc
  • Take MQLs/SQLs from existing database of leads and customers and drive engagement
  • Work with AEs and Customer Success to understand landscape for Upsell/Crossell/Conversion Opportunities
  • Work with Marketing resource on localisation of content for their specific region
  • Salesforce Hygiene, MQL to SQL Conversion
  • Initiate COM Conversation to identify new opportunities
  • Before Scenario / Negative consequences
  • After Scenario / Identify Positive Business Outcomes 

Essential Requirements

  • University degree, strong interest in IT
  • Fluency in German and / or Dutch language preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Confident on the phone and in online meeting scenarios
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Aptitude for value-based selling
  • Salesforce CRM experience a distinct advantage
  • Experience within a SaaS/B2B environment preferred.
